How these terms work
These terms apply alongside any written engagement. If there is a conflict, the written engagement wins.
What we do
We provide independent marketing advice, diagnosis, positioning, channel and budget strategy, measurement design, and help choosing or reviewing marketing operators. No commercial result is guaranteed.
What we do not do
- Run campaigns, buy media, or manage ad accounts.
- Hold platform logins or produce creative, copy, design, websites or video.
- Execute SEO, manage suppliers, or recruit.
- Take commission, rebate or referral fees.
Decisions and client information
All decisions remain yours. No third party may rely on our work. You must provide accurate information, access to relevant documents and timely decisions. Do not send customer lists, CRM exports or platform credentials.
Fees and payment
Fees are stated in the engagement. We are not VAT registered. VAT will be added if that changes. We will never notify a change of bank details by email alone. Verify any change using a previously known contact method.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
On payment, you may use final work for your business. We retain our methods and know-how. Each party will keep confidential information confidential.
Data protection

Liability
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. We exclude lost profit, revenue, sales, savings or opportunity; goodwill, brand value or reputation; and indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, except where the law does not allow that limit.
General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms with reasonable notice.
